I used to work the door at one of Dubai's most secretive rooftop lounges — which means I know exactly who to call and what to say to get us in. My passion is connecting people with the city's hidden layer: the invite-only dining rooms tucked behind unmarked doors in DIFC, the members-only beach clubs that don't advertise, the underground art gatherings that vanish as quickly as they appear. Dubai rewards those who know the right names, and I happen to know all of them.
