About

Right now I'm standing in a courtyard off Maroseyka, the kind you'd walk past a hundred times without noticing the tiled entrance half-hidden behind an archway. I know Moscow through its facades and its back staircases — the Art Nouveau curves on Ostozhenka, the Soviet mosaics tucked into metro tunnels, the quiet inner yards where the city forgets to perform. I want you to feel that catch in your chest when a building you never expected turns out to be beautiful.
