I used to work the early morning shift at a boulangerie in the 11th before I ever thought about sharing what I know about this city's food scene. My passion is finding the places that Parisians are fiercely protective of — the wine bar where the owner writes the menu by hand each morning, the bistrot that hasn't changed its tablecloths since 1987 and doesn't need to. For me, a great meal in Paris always comes with a story, and I love making sure you leave with both.
