Every morning I walk through Deira market before the heat sets in, just to see what's fresh and who's cooking what. My passion is finding the restaurants in Dubai where the food tells a real story — whether that's a hidden Yemeni kitchen in Al Quoz or a rooftop where a chef is doing something genuinely new with Gulf flavors. I know this city's table better than most, and I love nothing more than putting the right person in the right seat.
