Every morning I walk through the Ferry Building just to see what's fresh and talk to the farmers I've known for years — that's how obsessed I am with what's on the plate. My passion is finding the spots in San Francisco where the ingredients, the chef's story, and the neighborhood all come together in a way that genuinely surprises you. I know this city's food scene the way some people know music — every layer, every hidden gem, every table worth fighting for.
