One of the most striking and visited attractions in Rio de Janeiro, a unique street art object created by the Chilean artist Jorge Selarón. It is a mosaic staircase 125 metres long, consisting of 215 steps, which connects two famous bohemian districts of the city — Lapa and Santa Teresa. Officially, this object is part of Manuel Carneiro Street.

The famous monumental Art Deco statue of Jesus Christ, located on top of Mount Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is the main symbol of the city and the country, and in 2007 it was recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

The world’s largest urban rainforest, located right in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. The park covers an area of about 39.5 sq. km and is home to the famous Christ the Redeemer statue on Mount Corcovado.

A unique natural and scientific monument covering an area of 54 hectares, located in the southern zone of the city at the foot of Mount Corcovado. Founded in 1808 by the Portuguese King João VI, today it comprises about 6,500 species of Brazilian and world flora.

The famous rock, 196 metres high, is located in the Urca district on a peninsula in Guanabara Bay. It is one of Rio de Janeiro’s main calling cards and best observation decks, offering a panoramic view of the city, the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, and the Christ the Redeemer statue.
